Any refund/exchange process is initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned product.

• Return it within 30 days of delivery
• Return it unused and accompanied by a copy of our sales invoice, in the original shipping box
• In the event the product is damaged or faulty in any way we offer free return shipping.
• Return shipping for any other reason is at the cost of the customer.

Make your bag unique? We can personalise your bags with your logo, phrase of your chosing. This will be an additional fee of 1500KSH.
